The Moorebeer Team researched numerous software solutions in an attempt to identify ways of reducing the large amount of manual paperwork being used in our brewery as well as ways to streamline our overall end to end operational recording, monitoring and communications process.

Key considerations for Moorebeer were ease of onboarding, ease of navigating and rolling out the software, reducing our manual recording, the ability for all staff to log in and access information remotely, and being able to add additional modules as the business grew, hence reducing the initial upfront investment required…in this regard Beer30 ticked all the boxes and then some.

Pulkit arranged everything from setting up Zoom meetings, walking our Team through each module online, setting up a demo account so the Team could evaluate the software before committing to purchase, allowing us to ensure it was the right solution for us.

All enquires were answered promptly, and the ongoing support from Pulkit and his a team has exceeded our expectations.

The Moorebeer Team has found Beer30 extremely easy and seamless to implement and use. All team members have live access to process information in real time via email alerts to their mobile phones and iPads, which allows team members in different parts of the operation to swing into action immediately. A couple of examples are…Once a beer has been transferred from the fermentation tank to the brite tank, the cleaning team get the real time notification to their mobile device and swing into action to clean the tank and get ready for the next batch. The warehousing team are alerted as soon as packaging has been completed in the production area and dispatch team members to transfer the finished product to the cold storage area. These two examples alone have made significant improvements to team member productivity which in turn has led to overall improvement in operational efficiency.

Our Team is looking forward to implementing additional Beer30 modules in order to deliver further tangible benefits to other parts of our operation.
